Amenity Center / Leasing Office Villas by the Lakes

This was another one of our fantastic amenity center renovations that consisted of most standard construction trades.  We started with a light demolition removing drywall and a few nonstructural walls to give the area a more open appearance.  Next, we installed new light fixtures, drywall, and plumbing fixtures.

We installed new carpet tile in the sitting area and commercial grade hardwood flooring in the manager offices.  We installed new trim and painted the entire area. We installed an electronic fireplace which really made the room POP.
