Amenity Center – North Highland Steel Apartments

This project was a full remodel of a community computer room converted to an amenity center.  We took on all trades of the project such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, framing, painting, and millwork.  We also built a custom concrete table and a cool gaming station next to a small movie entertainment center.

The circle shaped soffit was our favorite part.  Lastly we built a 24 hour access package room for tenants.  We passed all city inspections without issues.  The space is now well used by the community.
