Amenity Center – The Telephone Factory Lofts

We converted an old, run down storage space into a masterpiece.  This amenity center renovation was fully converted in about 22 days.  The owners were floored when they came to view their new use of space after our work completed.

The community loves their new amenity center and use it for birthdays, baby showers, business meeting, and holiday get-togethers.  We use a custom golden paint that brought out detail and turn a bicycle into a vanity sink which always, “WOWs!” residents and their visitors.  You’re Welcome!
