Apartment Exterior Patio Build Out

This apartment complex is located directly of the Beltline in Atlanta and the owners wanted to use the exterior space to attract new tenants. We added grills, fire pits, ping pong, chairs and table at the ground level and tanning area on the rooftop. The roof top patio provides skyline views of Midtown Atlanta, and the Buckhead area. This was a well converted use of roof top space which we built after a rooftop fire insurance claim.
