Cortland Windward Pool

Valet Works Construction completed an extensive exterior pool area project for Cortland Partners located in Alpharetta, GA.  The total time frame of the project was just under 1 year.  We worked closely with the design and build engineers and architects throughout the project.  Valet Works Construction demolished the old railroad tie retaining wall and installed new a Belgard Diamond Pro block wall.  We also demolished the 8” concrete pool deck.  The excavation and grading took about a month to complete.  We designed and built the exterior wood pavilion adjacent to the fire grill.  This project completely transformed the community.
