Clubhouse re-design

Clubhouses, Community Centers, and Amenity centers are some of our most popular renovations.  When a new potential tenant arrives at your property, the leasing office and Clubhouse is typically the first thing they will see.  We have assisted our clients with new trends building new space and renovating old space in amenity centers adding bowling alleys, movie theaters, gaming centers, studying rooms, yoga studios, saunas and steam rooms, computer centers, spirit bars, office space, package rooms with amazon kiosk stations, restaurants, and even nightclubs.  This project at Evergreen we did all the engineering and designing adding new flooring, water fountain stations, bathrooms, lighting fixtures, storefront glass windows and doors, and advanced carpentry.  The entire project from start to finish took 14 workdays.  The property manager and assistance continued work during the construction phase and were astonished to see their new clubhouse.
