This Apartment Community is located in the heart city of Atlanta and the owner contacted us stating he really wanted his property to stand out from his competitors. We quickly came up with a design and pitched it to the owner.
The project consisted of painting, steel and metal installation and welding, new asphalt in parking lot, IPE wood design structures, and new gutters and down spouts. We worked closely with a design team for this architectural masterpiece. This small apartment community of 38 units is now booked for 2 years / 100% leased.
