Mableton Fire Quadplex

This property consisted of a 4-unit apartment building that was engulfed in fire inside the upper units.  The exterior brick structure remained and we replaced majority of the inside of the building including but not limited to: flooring, framing, insulation, drywall, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, cabinets, appliances, electrical wiring, electrical meter boxes, electrical panels, plumbing lines, drainage lines, water heaters, doors and hardware, windows, roof system, concrete, septic tank, mailboxes, and balconies.  Typically, on projects like these we work with your insurance provider to assure your only out of pocket cost is your deductible; Although this property was purchased “as is” by an investor, covering 100% of the cost.  We worked side by side with Cobb County permit office applying for and receiving all permits necessary such as: General Contractor permit, Mechanical permit, Electrical permit, Plumbing permit, and Septic permit.  After all inspections were approved, we successfully received the Certificate of Occupancy from the county allowing 4 new tenants to move in to their beautiful new home. Valet Construction was able to self-preformed the entire project and turn the keys over to the owner before our estimated completed date.
